Wow. One day no freeview worth watching, next day freeview and freesat! One week later all working perfectly. Nice job, nice price, minimal mess, discrete siting of dish and aerial!

Regular contact; the work was conducted in a really timely fashion (despite the weather) and they clearly knew their job. The job was not straightforward but Paul was patient and very thorough. All work was clean and tidy with external wires hidden away behind pipes (absolutely key for my wife !).
Ian was also a pleasure to deal with.

The men came within one hour of telephoning them. They changed an old single satellite LNB for a quad version, replaced the old cable and connected up another room. The whole thing was complete in just over 2 hours from my phone call. What superb service! A good price too.

After a bit of trial and error with signal boosters and different aerials, Ian and his colleague got me excellent reception in a tricky area on the side of a hill, not far from the signal-blocking JR hospital. They were pleasant, friendly and persistent in solving the problem. And the price was very reasonable too!

i was very impressed with the speed, politeness and neatness from the guys that attended my property from 123 aerials last week.
we have had 7 engineers out to our property and as we live in a grade 2 listed building on the edge of oxford, we were about ready to give up on sky.
we now within 7 days of calling them, have a dish that is hidden on the roof, cables hidden behind drainpipes where possible. also to save us money they installed 2 new phone line extentions for a second box and to help with my office computer.
best of all whilst they where on the roof they tightened up my existing aerial to save any damage and costley expense to my roof tiles without charging me any extra.
these engineers will be recomended without a problem.

Ian popped over this past Friday to sort out putting my Sky dish up and plumb it in - sadly for him, he had to not only contend with my flat being a proverbial country mile away from where the dish was, but also the fact it was snowing heavily when he was sat a good two dozen feet up on a roof.

Despite all this he did a fantastic job, with the wiring at the front of the building being very neat. Ian obviously takes pride in his work and it shows, and to boot he is very reasonable and a top bloke.

Very, very highly recommended!

I live in a block of flats at Brentford lock.I was told by my Building Management Group that I could not have Sky Plus as there was no second feed available. My Sky Installer - Ian - a proper Sherlock Holmes sorted out the problem in no time - I now not only have a brilliant picture with Sky HD but can record and watch a separate TV with the amazing Sky Plus. just want to say a big thank u. what you did in half an hour was 100% better than any sky engeneer would have done. and i actually got my dish on the house where as sky wouldnt fit it on there, and made all the wires look neat, your a angel to the aerial trade once again thank u

absolutely excellent service! not many tradespeople like this around, really friendly, helpful.Nothing was too much trouble. I asked if he could get here for lunch time and he did just that with no fuss.
