Ian came round and removed a multitude of old wiring and aerials and fitted a new Cat6 cable linking the two sides of the house. He came well equipped with all the ladders and drills needed and was so quick and efficient and really pleasant to deal with

Ian arrived as arranged and did his best to get channels for us but due to living next to a forest it was pathetic to say the least.Ian tried everything he could as he was not happy leaving us with a handful of broken channels
But not being beaten by the situation and deciding to give up on an aerial ( although top of the range ) He decided fitting a satellite dish instead would be the best option
Hey presto all is good. We are one happy couple with a decent picture and not broken channels

Ian arrived as promised and rapidly identified the source of the various problems I was having with my TVs. He had the right spares with him, worked quickly and cleanly, and explained what he was doing in a clear way. He did not rush and charged a very reasonable price. It was a thoroughly professional performance and I have no hesitation whatsoever in strongly recommending him.

A very good and professional service. Ian installed a dish with an octo-lnb, and ran four lots of double-cabling. He took a lot of trouble to make sure the cabling is as invisible as possible, and to run it round the outside of the house the way that suited me best. Then he also kindly removed the existing obsolete dishes and cabling and tidied things up a treat. The very reasonable price quoted was the price charged. I don't hesitate to recommend him.

Not only was Ian great at getting my new Sky box installed but he's helped on the phone with any issues I've had since then, which has been much appreciated.

Ian doesn’t just do aerials! He did a terrific job for me fitting a specialist, high-speed (Cat 7) Ethernet network, including some very tricky trunking work.

Ian was conscientious and extremely thorough throughout. He is a far better and more reliable option than the rip-off aerial and cabling big boys that you see advertised everywhere.

Individual, skilled service is always best for jobs like this. In consequence, I can strongly recommend him.

I called Ian on the afternoon of 15/1. I was immediately struck by his pleasant telephone manner and his swift analysis of our problems with our satellite dish. He made the commitment to replace our satellite dish, if necessary, free of charge. He was confident that the job would not take more than an hour to do and he quoted the hourly charge of £85, When he arrived at our house, he struck up a good rapport with all our family members. He kept to his promise of replacing our defunct satellite dish free of charge and, after a few initial problems, worked quickly to leave us with an improved picture. This service was done within the hour and he did not seem at all hurried. Ian made a very good impression as he said his goodbyes and shook hand with all family members. Please beware, despite his sociable manner and pleasant chat, Ian is a very astute and skilled worker. During his work, he makes comment about thing he has noticed and keeps you fully informed about what he is doing. I would have no hesitation in using Ian again. I would certainly recommend him to potential customers

Just wanted to comment on how impressed I am with Ian's service. I called him at 3pm on Saturday before Christmas not expecting a visit before to be honest (no TV....arghh!!). Anyway, I needn't have worried, Ian was on another job but promised to call within the hour....sure enough when I called he was already on his way, arrived 4.30pm. Problem solved, my floppy dish re-fixed securely and aimed correctly. Signal now strong and I get all the Sky channels I should. Very happy with his reasonable service charge and especially his prompt visit and efficient work rate. Thank you Ian, Merry Christmas.

After another well-known Oxfordshire aerial company made a complete mess of an installation and broke several roof tiles in the process, Ian of 123 Aerials sorted out the TV aerial and Freesat dish. Now all working perfectly (and roof tiles replaced!).

Having done a deal of research, and having tried a DIY version, I called Ian. He quoted me a reasonable price but then upped it because of my location as I needed a larger ariel. Still a good price.
He came as arranged, erected the kit without drama, left the house tidy and charged the price quoted in the first place.
He and his mate were pleasant, helpful and completed the job to my absolute satisfaction. Unless it falls off my roof next week I would reccommend this company without hesitation. Tradesmen like this are a joy and a treasure!

We were suffering from signal loss which seemed to be caused by water getting into the aerial cable. We called Ian, and arranged a Saturday appointment. Ian and Daniel turned up as promised, and during the pouring rain replaced our aging aerial. The next challenge was replacing the cable which had been installed when the house was rebuilt. They truly worked the extra mile, and we certainly had good value for money. We now have a good signal. Highly recommended, and we will use again in the future.

I called Ian to move my aerial and to connect all my rooms up to it. I had previously had someone out to do this but when he put the aerial up it was a poor picture and he only connected one room. I needed my aerial replacing before Christmas for my son's first bedroom TV, and the aerial team agreed to come out on a Sunday 22nd December just to get the job done in time. They were very honest with what 'might' need doing, and gave me the estimates upfront. In the end my aerial was replaced and all my aerial points and booster checked. A great job, value for money and would certainly recommend them to anyone.

Less than 24 hours to go until England vs. Germany and no signal. My father attended the 1966 World Cup final and I was there when we beat them 1-0 (Shearer) in Charleroi, Belgium in the 2000 European championships, hence I had to see this game. I called 123 Aerials in the morning and Ian agreed to call round after work - this was really useful not having to miss work time - he had the problem sorted efficiently, offered free advice in respect of multi-room reception, and at the fixed cost agreed, which was excellent value and no VAT to pay either. At last an aerial company who know what they are doing! After two bad experiences of larger 'reputable' companies, Lee from 123 Aerials has re-aligned my Freesat dish and replaced the cable on a DAB aerial. Both are now working perfectly.

I cannot recommend Ian highly enough. He was so kind assisting me on the phone yesterday after I unsubscribed from my Sky service and then failed to get a picture on my TV. Within about 10 minutes he took me through a series of manoeuvres on my remote control and I now have access to various TV channels without having to pay for an aerial to be installed. Ian did not charge me for helping out although I would have gladly sent him a cheque. If anyone is wondering about using this service, I would say go ahead. You won't be disappointed. An excellent job by Lee and Ian relocating my Sky dish (Whaetley Oxford), I can't see it any more but more importantly we can watch sky when it rains! Excellent job and a very reasonable cost and they are neat and tidy too. What more can you ask for!

I was a bit concerned that the engineer would be blown off our roof on this very windy day, but no complaints or fuss Ian and his mate just got on with the job.
